Npower confusion over what I should pay them?
February 2 2012 I too am having problems with npower both with gas and electricity. They are not only bad with figures but even worse at letter writing. The infamous Ms Elizabeth Gibson head of customer service has sent a long and inaccurate communication. She has used the word Escalated in the tense of having something passed to her. Escalate means to increase as in a war, as she has received information from another useless person Pamela Scott from a conversation I had with her on the phone,I assume the war between Ms Scott and Ms Gibson is increasing rapidly, which is a pity, because I am no nearer sorting my problem out than when I started?

PS I am writing a letter of complaint to Volker Beckers at Head Office suggesting he needs to get a grip on customer services.
